Here at Global Empowerment Incubator, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginning, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Organization i.e. support, empowerment, and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Global Empowerment Incubator emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

Damaris Ongalo
Executive Director
A well-respected member of the Global Empowerment Incubator team, Damaris is one of our founding members and has played a vital role in shaping our vision and programs. She brings together a wealth of expertise from the fields of social work, project planning, and government agency collaborations.
She is committed to making a real difference in people's lives by empowering communities.
James Ochieng'
Project Coordinator
With us since our founding, James is one of our veteran team members and has played a critical role in shaping our project direction ensuring they are in line with our goals.
He brings his years of experience and skills from the Education Sector to helping Global Empowerment Incubator grow and make a measurable impact.
Linda Achieng'
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Linda joined the global empowerment incubator with the vision and drive to improve our Social Welfare Organization and make our name synonymous with social change and human betterment. She has focused on developing the organization with great integrity.
Her areas of expertise are vast and include sociology, natural resources management, and the use of photogrammetry in mapping project areas.
