Gender and Development

Our Gender and Development program is designed to provide training and support for organizations and individuals interested in advancing gender mainstreaming in their work.

 

As part of our effort to increase our capacity and understanding of matters of gender, Our program officers attended specialized training sessions, led by industry expert facilitators on topics such as policy design, ways of addressing gender issues, the inclusion of the boychild on the gender issues and more importantly relating the concepts to rural folk.

By taking part in these programs, our staff can stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Gender and Development.
